the staff were kind and helpful, check-in was smooth, the room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. We enjoyed the location, as it was close to the entrance of the medina but quiet enough to relax. the breakfast was fantastic, and the terrace offered a stunning view of the city.
Tips on touring the city were not provided, which can be important in Morocco.

Spent my Xmas holiday in a beautiful and spotlessly clean location that offered great breakfasts and lovely staff. The hotel was perfectly located, with few minutes walking distance to significant landmarks, which saved us money on transport. The roof terrace had great views of the city and offered a quiet place to relax. The air conditioner worked well and provided us with the desired temperature. The hot water ran consistently, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing us with a cozy stay.
The occasional absenteeism of the staff in the Riad, which sometimes made accessing the hotel a bit difficult. , the owner took a long time to respond to requests during specific times, which could be frustrating.

We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a range of tasty options to fuel us for the day ahead. the decoration throughout the hotel was a standout feature, with every detail carefully considered. the hotel's location was great for a peaceful night's sleep away from the hustle and bustle of the city center.
One aspect of the hotel that we didn't love was the lack of fresh air in our room. Without any windows that could be opened and a glass roof, the room felt a bit stuffy and warm at times.

Beautiful Moroccan decor with modern amenities. Charming and helpful staff. Well-presented evening meals. Owner's kindness and helpfulness. Great Medina location. Fantastic and delicious breakfast. Convenient location at the medina entrance.
